Returns & Exchanges

At Nveda, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your selection isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to ensure a seamless processing of your request.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Drop Off Shipment

  Hand over your package to the designated courier service or drop it off at any authorized shipping location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
